	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Mediterranean Villa: No PROS CONS Great friendly staff Food and Cakes Josh and Designers Everything is made onsite Rolls Royce Open houses every few months construction around the building from hotel being built is all OVERALL COMMENTS My wedding there was fantastic. I was working with Joann and she was very detailed and helped me a lot. I got married outside in the gazebo and it was very pretty. They then had an open bar and appetizers passed before we all made our entrances. Josh is their designer and he was so great at making our centerpieces even though I do not like a lot of flowers. He used several different things in my wedding theme in the centerpieces and only a little bit of flowers and they were so awesome! My cake was italian cream and was so good but the groom's cake was in the shape of a bucket of golf balls and was unbelieveable and it was delicious as well. Our buffet was great and people still talk about my wedding there. We left in the rolls royce to take us to the airport after. The pictures are so great as well! I even have a friend that has booked her wedding there because of coming to mine. Definitely the best place and I looked at a lot.

	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Mediterranean Villa: No PROS CONS Beautiful Venue Good Cake Horrible Customer Service Incompetent Coordination Fees charged for items not received. OVERALL COMMENTS -If you want your personal items relocated a couple of times during your ceremony. -If you don't want your maid of honor to have her bouquet. -If you want someone to coordinate the events. -If you want your rehearsal hall set up prior to the ceremony Then don't have it here.

	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Mediterranean Villa: Yes PROS CONS Beautiful All in One Establishment Horrible Customer Service Skills Horrible Management OVERALL COMMENTS Mediterranean Villa is a beautiful establishment, but their management team is horrible. If you are not using all their services, they could care less about you. I contracted out my cake and flowers and the manager told my flower lady she needed to bring in her own water. They also BUTCHERED my cake. Who cuts up an entire wedding cake and then throws it in a foil pan for the bride to take home. Also, I called the week before my wedding asking would all guests in attendance receive a cup of wine or sparkling cidar for the toast and was assured they would. That was incorrect, only 5 people received something to drink during the toast and they brought me a HOT bottle of sparkling cidar to toast with. The manager took it upon herself to charge me an additional amount of money after my wedding, which was not in my contract, because she felt I should have been charged. As someone in another review stated, she is all about cash. In order to have a successful business, you must make sure you give adequate service to the customers you currently have, so I don't think MV will be in business long.
