OVERALL COMMENTS Unfortunately, all of these terrible things happened to me because I hired Design Visage for my wedding, and I would like to warn others so it doesn't happen to you. - on my wedding day, they got make up on my veil. it made me an hour late and because of that we didn't finish family photos and lost time for the reception. - two of my bridesmaids' hair up-do's fell out (you can see it falling out in the wedding pictures) - my skin looks oily and shiny in the pictures. - they tried to give me only 2 beauticians to do hair and makeup for seven people in 2 hours. - they use cheap makeup despite charging high prices (drug store brands, including reused mascara which caused an eye infection) - i had to demand and fight for reimbursement for my veil, and then Caren never gave it to me. What awful customer service.
