	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Callie's Homestyle Cakes: No PROS CONS Was a reasonably priced vendor, cakes were tasty, and designs were pretty Never ACTUALLY received the cake! Our order was canceled three weeks before our wedding due to her being "too busy" to complete our order, even though we booked 5 months in advance and she had no other business scheduled for that month when we placed our deposit OVERALL COMMENTS Her cakes are pretty & taste delicious .... It's just too bad that this vendor is not more professional. We Are having our wedding on February 20th and booked with Callie (20% deposit and all) over 5 months in advance. I called 3 weeks before the wedding to confirm everything was still in order and Callie confirmed it was; the very next day I received a letter (dated the day before I called her on the phone) that said our order was transferred to another vendor due to her being too busy to fulfill the order. I wonder why she failed to tell me this on the phone?? Really? Three weeks before a wedding, our order is transferred to a vendor over 50 miles away that also wants to charge additional delivery fee's because of the driving distance. Callie was not booked for any business the entire month of our wedding when we reserved our date, but now she is too busy to complete our order? If you need to ensure you will actually get a wedding cake by the person you speak with and make your check payable to, I would make every effort to stay away from this vendor. Dan
