	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend CR Sparks - The Event Center: Yes PROS CONS Brenda the coordinator is very thorough and detailed and has an exceptional amount of skill and expertise. The facility is gorgeous and accomodaating for all party sizes. The table service at the reception is impeccable. Really! White gloves, courteous wait staff, etc.... excellent! The food is out of this world. The reception is run very smoothly. You won't save money booking your wedding here. It's not for the faint of wallet, though it's relatively par for the course (price-wise) when it comes to nice wedding reception venues in the northeast. We certainly could have chosen a cheaper place, but like I said in the pros list... it was a great experience overall. Our one major complaint was that we had to heckle over the price of specific wines once we learned the management had broken their price quote and was charging us about 4 or 5 times the price we had discussed several times over the phone. In the end we both compromised and it was probably cheaper than most other places, but it left a bad taste in our otherwise happy mouths. They should have honored their price quote rather than being dogged and earning an extra couple hundred dollars from us. It was less than classy for a typically very classy place. OVERALL COMMENTS CR Sparks is a well run establishment. I pretty much said it all in my pros and cons list!! You will be very happy having your reception there. The food is amazing, both in their restaurant and in the separate Event Center (where weddings and receptions are held). The service is out of this world and the atmosphere is lovely and very upscale.
