	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Bellevue Productions: No PROS CONS - unobtrusive filming - toasts and readings barely audible - doesn't deliver according to contract - lack of communication (no response to multiple emails or calls) OVERALL COMMENTS Raw footage not impressive. After 8 months still hasn't delivered highlight DVD. Don't hire him. If you did: contact the RI Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection at 401 274-4400 x1 and file a complaint. Also file complaint with with Better Business Bureau http://rhodeisland.bbb.org/Find-Business-Reviews/ update: finally a response. claims he will have highlight DVD to me in 30 days.

	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Bellevue Productions: No PROS CONS -gave a good discounted price during the worse moment of the recession, as people chose to cut out the videographer first for cost savings -bad quality rough footage -no customer service, doesn't answer emails or phone calls after the event -pathological liar -still haven't received finished product, more than 6 months after the wedding OVERALL COMMENTS To all brides, BEWARE! Do not hire Bob Manning, the sole person behind Bellevue Productions if you want to see a wedding DVD. I concur with all the negative reviews that were written. It is now 6 months after our wedding we still haven't received the complete product. In addition my heart sank when I saw the rough footage. Bob stood at the back of the room for the ceremony and you cannot see our faces. On top of that the back of people's heads are in the footage. In addition, my parents toast was not in the footage which was one of the most important parts of the wedding. He does not respond to emails or return phone calls. He has promised a complete product several times and we still have not received it. He should not be in business. I am so disappointed. update: called and claimed that he would get us the product by Jan 31.

	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend Bellevue Productions: No PROS CONS The only positive thing is I learned the hard way how to avoid having someone take advantage of me in the future. Terrible customer service, he will spin a great story and outright lie to you. You will wait forever for a finished product that is not well done. He will talk your ear off about his personal problems (getting divorced while doing our wedding which was his excuse for the quality and the long time to deliver.) OVERALL COMMENTS I was married in 2002, and am filling this out in 2009...because that is how disgusted I am with Bob Manning. He didn't show up for the rehersal as he was supposed to, then came for the wedding and took almost a year to deliver the video. It was missing the major moments I asked specifically for him to cover, yet covered almost 10 mins of communion at the church. The video repeated clips over multiple times and I could go on. I worked with him for 3 years to correct the video and he promised me the world and I kept giving him another chance, then one day he just said...you know what...I am not going to do anything for you. Told me simply, too bad, he knew it sucked but he was too busy and wanted to pay attention to customers currently working with him. I tried to get an attorney but it became not worth the money. I just wanted all my footage so I could pay someone else, and he would not provide it. He is a terrible business person, very dishonest, and you are simply just lucky if you end up with a good product from him. It is not worth it. He is not at all what he sells you that he is! I agree with some of the other reviews and feel he really does have something against brides! There are too many good videographers out there, why take the chance with Belevue Products, Bob Manning's word means nothing!!!

Long wait time- 10 months before I received my final product Poor customer service skills and does not return emails or calls. OVERALL COMMENTS The video/editing was good, not great, and not worth the wait. (10 months). It was frustrating trying to communicate with this vendor who generally does not return calls or emails.

Yelled at my husband and myself. Finally got finished product after 6 months. The first version had our last name spelled wrong. Appeared to not have understood why it was a big deal. A lot of other brides have had issues with him as well. Always makes it seem that you are the one that is a "bridezilla"

He does a fantastic job he captured memories of a lifetime. He has many different packages to choose from. We chose a package that he covered the whole day from start to finish and edited to music. We have been married almost three years and we still watch it because it was done so beautifully.
