Seemed very enthusiastic at first. |
She delivered the wrong bridal bouquet to me and didn't fix it, and called my mom a mean person on my wedding day. |

I'm hoping to let people know my experience with this vendor so future brides can better know this vendor, unlike I did when I signed a contract. Angela Freeman seemed very nice and professional when I first met her in Sept '07. She seemed to really understand what it was I was wanting for my wedding and spent almost the first 1/2hr showing me pictures of bridal bouquets. After receiving the initial contract, I decided to change some things periodically during the months leading up to my wedding. She always told me that it was not a problem at all and she would take care of it. My wedding day came, and we did photographs seperately before the ceremony so my husband and I wouldn't see each other. She did not arrive in time to give the guys their boutonneires, but thankfully, an assistant arrived literally as myself and my bridesmaids were stepping into the limo for photographs, with our bouquets. I had ordered an all white bouquet, and I was given a purple bouquet (which was part of our colors, purple and green). My mom went over to my planner to tell her the error. My planner pulled out my contract and confirmed it was suppose to be white and she tried to call the florist. Unable to reach her before we had to leave for pictures, I was told to go ahead and use the purple bouquet and a white one would arrive for the ceremony. So we came back from pictures, and my mom left to find my planner. Instead, she came across my florist and asked about my white bouquet. She told my mom that I had my bouquet already and that she would not be fixing it. I had to use the purple bouquet. My mom came back and told me that that was my bouquet, I had no choice. So I walked down the aisle and got married to my wonderful husband with a purple bouquet. Ok, but, after dinner in the upstairs ballroom, we came downstairs to the veranda for dancing. I had told my florist on at least two seperate occasions that I wanted to use the same centerpieces that we had for the ball |
