I will definitely be coming back to this place for all my future dress needs! Everything was absolutely stunning! Definitely reccommend this place to anyone looking for their dream wedding gown. OVERALL COMMENTS The dresses for my wedding party were absolutely beautiful! I bought my wedding gown and bridesmaids at Alexandra's Boutique. The girls at Alexandra's always aimed to please me and my girls, they are the nicest, most caring group of girls. Customer service ranks five stars for my wedding! They were there for me every step of the way, they even went out of their way to deliver all my dresses to the location the night before. I always looked forward to my visits to Alexandra's Boutique, it was like visiting family and all my bridesmaids agree! My dress could not have fit more perfect than it did, the seamstress made it fit like a glove and added every flawless detail better than I could ever imagined.They truly turned me into Cinderella and I'm so grateful! I also can not thank them enough for taking care of my mom in such short notice, she looked absolutely stunning too!

If you can find one, let me know! I love this place! OVERALL COMMENTS I am a recently married bride. I can't even begin to thank these girls for all their amazing talents and services provided to my LARGE wedding party. It felt like I was a part of their family everytime I stepped into the door. They always had smiles on their faces and were ready to assist me with whatever I needed. The boutique had the best deals in town and the quality of service was superb! Fatima, the owner, makes each bride feel like they were a number one priority when it came to the dress fittings. Every girl in my wedding party had their dress fit perfectly, my dress was picture perfect. I also had Fatima create a custom bow for my flowergirl, can I just say that is was over the top. The sales consultants even took time out of their busy day to teach me how to recreate this amazing bow on my wedding day! Talk about amazing service! This bridal salon deserves to get high accolades for making every girl's dream become become a reality! I am so happy that I chose this boutique and will recommend them to anyone!

I felt like they were a part of my wedding! OVERALL COMMENTS I want to thank all of the girls for an amazing bridal dresss experience. It was always a pleasure to come into the store, even from the first day when I found my amazing dress. I came to the store as my last shopping trip, from a friends recommendation. I had been to nearly a dozen dress shops, some were even very high end designers in Boston. But no other store had the warmth, humor and inviting feel that Alexandra's did. That trip, you made me and my bridesmaids feel at home, giving us as much time and space as we needed and even serving us wine, cheese and fruit. It was one of the most memorable and enjoyable experiences of my whole wedding planning process. And every time I came back, it was always a pleasure. Everyone was so helpful and personal, I always felt taken care of. I never felt like just another bride. And I have to say, it was almost a little sad when I went to pick up my dress for the last time, knowing I wouldn't be coming back. I thank them all for so much that they have done for me. And of course it goes without saying, I LOVED my dress. It was beyond anything I could have ever imagined and unlike anything I saw at the other stores. I felt so beautiful in it and got tons of compliments on it. Fatima, the owner, did an amazing job on the alterations. I felt like a princess all night. I wish I could wear that dress forever.

OVERALL COMMENTS I was in search of the perfect dress and had gone to many bridal boutiques before I had stumbled upon Alexandra's Boutique. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile by all of the girls. I came in without an appointment and they were still happy to help me, despite the fact that I doubted that the perfect dress was even out there. The bridal consultant stayed with me the entire time. Other places I had been to made me fend for myself and look through the dresses. I was so thrilled with the one on one attention I received. And in this little gem in Fall River, I found my perfect dress. When it came time for my alterations, I was extremely pleased with them. I ended up losing alot of weight and I was scared that I would lose the look of the dress. Fatima, the owner, personally did my fittings and she ensured me that it would look amazing. She was absolutely right! She was there with me every step of the way and my dress came out perfect!! Even though I had alot taken in on my dress, the alterations were actually cheaper than I expected. The customer service was amazing and very professional. Being the owner of a business, I was very surprised to see how much Fatima was out on the sales floor. The fact that she actually took the time to get to know her customers really meant alot. I was no longer another dress sold, I was a person. Every time I walked into the store, all the girls greeted me by name. They even remembered little tidbits of our past conversations. Overall, my experience with Alexandra's Boutique was a pleasant one. I've read all these other reviews online and it's hard to believe that we are talking about the same boutique. I have actually witnessed other brides in the store disrespecting Fatima. Having planned my own wedding, I know there is always a snag at some point down the road. Some brides can be so juvenile and point blame on others who did nothing wrong. Fatima is a wonderful person and she made me look beautiful for my wedding. I would definately reccommend this boutique to anyone who is looking to be treated like a number one priority. The selection is amazing and I bet you're bound to find the perfect dress. If I could give more stars, I would!

Unethical business practices Cut throat retailer Will gladly make your life miserable if you buy a gown she carries from someone else Seems to be all about the money there, rather than customer satisfaction. OVERALL COMMENTS Owner is vindictive and tried to get my gown order canceled from the manufacturer when she found out I had ordered it from another shop instead of hers. (I simply couldn't afford her prices, but loved the dress and quickly found several other shops that carried it for less $$) She then called to tell me that's what I get for trying to find a better price elsewhere. Then she accused me of wasting her time because I looked there in the first place and went on to threaten and insult me personally. Despite the selection, this place is not worth the time of day. If you go, don't give your real contact information or name. Do your homework before making appointments at any dress shops - check online reviews!

OVERALL COMMENTS THIS IS THE WORSE BRIDAL SHOP I EVER DEALT WITH. FATIMA IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SNOBBY. SHE DOES HORRIBLE ALTERATIONS. THE DAY I PICKED UP MY DRESS (1 DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING) THE SEAMS WERE FALLING APART, MY MOM HAD TO FIX IT. THE ALTERITIONS CHANGED THE WAY MY DRESS FIT.. IT LOOKED BETTER BEFORE FAMTIMA RUINED IT. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ANYTHING SHE DID, SHE WILL BLAME IT ON YOU. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. YOU WILL REGRET BUYING A DRESS HERE!!!! THE SALESPEOPLE CHANGE EVERYTIME TOO, NONE OF THEM CAN DEAL WITH THE OWNER FATIMA. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A VERY HARD TIME FOR ALTERATION APPOINTMENTS, AND TRIED TO PUSH ME TO DO IT DURING THE WEEK WHEN I HAD NO WAY OF DOING IT. OVERALL COMMENTS alterations are a nightmare! Fatima, the owner, is great at sales but horrible at customer service. Once they have your money you cannot get service. They have distroyed my gown with their amature alterations and have no apologies. RUN, don't walk for the door and buy your gown somewhere that understands that SELLING is just the beginning of the sale, alterations are essential. My 8 year old niece would have done a better job on alterations. SEVERAL of my business associates are now telling me they had a bad experience here with alterations, delivery and quality... too late to help me but may save you!

Carol and Becky were wonderful. Becky put up with my giggling bridesmaids in the changing room. She was excellent! None OVERALL COMMENTS I felt very comfortable there trying on bridal gowns. Not rushed to pick something. Everone was very helpful. I would definately recommend Alexandra's to any Bride. I didn't have an appointment and they fit me right in. I tried on quite a few dresses before I found the ONE. I wasn't rushed at all.

Flexible hours OVERALL COMMENTS I would recommend this store to any new bride or bridesmaid. My whole wedding party, including my mother got their dress from here. Carol and Becky, the representatives, were so awesome. I can't explain the excellent service they gave. My dress was discontinued without ther knowledge and they called the company to complain b/c they were not informed and the company agreed to make my dress. My dress came in within 2 weeks. Now that is service with a smile.

I felt that the staff truly wanted me to find a dress that made me as happy as I could be. Everyone was extremely cooperative and they went out of there way to make sure everything was perfect. I ordered a specially made veil that Fatima had to search for months for the material to match my dress but guess what it came out perfect. Also very cooperative with my two little flower girls who are three years old. Definately recommend Alexandra's, I have been there in the past for prom dresses and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my wedding.

The woman continued to show me gowns I had clearly said were not my taste - (ie too much lace, assymetrical waists, etc.) OVERALL COMMENTS Alexandrias was one of my first stops in gown searching. The minute I entered they were rude & unorganized. The salesperson who helped continued to show me gowns I had clearly said were not my taste. I was then shown to a fitting room that was messy. Also, she left me standing in my under garments waiting as she neatly hung each dress before giving me another to try on!!

This is not a store for a classic bride. I found the dress styles to be very flamboyant. The matierals used were cheap, super shiny, thin satins. Similar to a cheap prom gown. The ball gowns were not designed well and accentuated all trouble areas of a woman's body. On the positive side, the selection is very large and the prices are good. If you are just starting out looking, this may be a good first shop to go to due to the large selection.
