PROS CONS
  • There was no problem with the actual product, the dishes, glasses and silverware we rented were fine.
  • Poor Customer Service
  • No Explanations in beginning
  • Did not explain what insurance covered
  • Charged without notification
  • Hard to get in touch with

  • OVERALL COMMENTS
    The customer service is very poor. First, when we first went in it took a while for someone to wait on us (should have been a sign.) We selected everything, and they were very nonchalant about the contract, pricing, procedures. We purchased the insurance and the guy waiting on us said it would cover everything. We asked them had they worked with our reception hall before, they said yes, no problem.
    Well, everything was fine until after the wedding. They call us to tell us they are missing glasses and silverware and want to charge us. We are like "wait we purchased the ins." then they tell us that was only for damage, we were led to believe it was for missing items too. Then they go onto say how they have a bad relationship with our hall and returning things. Why didn't they tell us that when we first asked??? Our banquet director says he had the stuff locked up waiting for them to pick it up. They charged my Mom's card without notification, and she doesn't normally use the card, she only did for the deposit, then she paid them with a check. They put the customer between them and the hall. They are just screwy and rude, don't bother with them. Try someone else!
