	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend A Candid Image Photo and Video: No PROS CONS Large selection to choose from. Customer is given DVD of photos. More affordable than many photographers in the area I reside. Terrible customer service after the wedding. Poor photo quality. Dark, minimal editing done. "Tricky" contract language. OVERALL COMMENTS A Candid Image Photo and Video does not back the work they do. I received 500 proofs which were all dark. When I called them to discuss I was transferred to headquarters (they are national) and told they fulfilled their contract obligations and that I had no reason to object. I reported them to The Better Business Bureau and did not get any further. They are unwilling to even see the proofs I am complaining about and the issue is still unresolved with the BBB. Thank God the package included a DVD of the pictures. I was able to edit the photos myself to "brighten" them up. However, they are still not quality and I spent days and days editing. TERRIBLE!
