	Rate this Vendor  Would recommend 007 productions(Ron Tolbert): No PROS CONS many song choice Not available for meeting late for events(ceremony & reception) Poor service wrong playlist poor follow up after wedding many excuses OVERALL COMMENTS Hello everyone! We had wedding on August 2009 . We hired Wedding DJ 007 productions (Ron Tolbert) as our wedding DJ. However, On the wedding day , he came late, he could not provide service to our ceremony. WHen We sign contract, he gave us discount with his will( We didnt ask for it) He gave us additional package to us. HOwever, on the wedding day, he didnt bring his screen(which it was in contract). SO we had to borrow from hotel to cover his mistakes. And also We had to pay extra for hotel for those "RUSH" music service for ceremony , and screen for reception. After wedding, I talked to him, he agreed with me about refund. Basically he didnt follow his contract. After that he decided to make our wedding DVD with his will(again We never asked for it) He said he sent it out beginning of December, but we never got it. He send me txt that "I sent out DVD with your refund" but we never got it. In February 2010, we sent him msg about where is DVD and also refund. He again said, "I sent it out today, you will get 10 business days" However We never got it. In march 2010, again I contact with him, he said" I sent it out TODAY, I have a truck number " March 8 2010, FINALLY, we got DVD, with NO REFUND in envelope. He put invoice with it but it is different from original invoice(contract) All from this, he has very poor service, poor follow up with clients. Even more, he starts saying that we owe money to him. Whatever he said he gonna give us "service" wasnt provided at our wedding. DVD quality was okay.... my friend did more better job than him... So if you thinking about hire him, its up to you, but Please be careful. Later he starts giving you a lots of stuff that you dont want it. oh, and also, he will not available when you really need him. we set up some meeting, 90% of it, he couldnt or didnt make it. Also he says stuff like "I will contact to hotel" but he will never do it either. So really really careful. Thank y
